汽车在二档时最快能跑多快,得看具体的车型参数,比如发动机的最高转速、变速器二档传动比、主减速器传动比、轮胎直径等。最高的超级跑车二档可以干到200公里/小时,最低的自卸卡车可能就是几公里。常见的家用车一般在60~100公里/小时之间,能超过一百的也有,但很少。
其实这个速度我们是可以根据汽车的参数算出来的。比如某款车型发动机最高转速是6500转/分钟,二档的传动比是1.96,主减速器的传动比是4.5,配置的是235/55/R18的轮胎,轮胎直径是0.716m。其它的车型,只要知道这些参数,套用这种方法,也是可以算出来的。一般家用轿车的总传动比都小于10 ,二档最高车速不会超过一百公里/小时;而一些自卸卡车的总传动比会大于100,二档的最高车速不会超过十公里/小时;超跑动力强劲,总传动比小,二档最高超过二百公里/小时也是有可能的。

技巧
1、在运转200~300小时后,应进行第一次换油,在以后的使用中应定期检查油的质量,对于混入杂质或变质的油须及时更换。一般情况下,对于长期连续工作的减速机,按运行5000小时或每年一次更换新油,长期停用的减速机,在重新运转之前亦应更换新油。减速机应加入与原来牌号相同的油,不得与不同牌号的油相混用,牌号相同而粘度不同的油允许混合使用;
2、换油时要等待减速机冷却下来无燃烧危险为止,但仍应保持温热,因为完全冷却后,油的粘度增大,放油困难。注意:要切断传动装置电源,防止无意间通电;
3、工作中,当发现油温温升超过80℃或油池温度超过100℃及产生不正常的噪声等现象时应停止使用,检查原因,必须排除故障,更换润滑油后,方可继续运转;
4、用户应有合理的使用维护规章制度,对减速机的运转情况和检验中发现的问题应作认真记录,上述规定应严格执行。
维护
润滑脂的选择根据行走减速机轴承负荷选择润滑脂时,对重负荷应选针入度小的润滑脂。在高压下工作时除针入度小外,还要有较高的油膜强度和极压机能。根据环境前提选择润滑脂时,钙基润滑脂不易溶于水,适于干燥和水分较少的环境。按照工作温度选择润滑脂时,主要指标应是滴点,氧化安定性和低温机能,滴点一般可用来评价高温机能,轴承实际工作温度应低于滴点10-20℃。合成润滑脂的使用温度应低于滴点20-30℃。
不同的润滑油禁止相互混合使用。油位螺塞、放油螺塞和通气器的位置由安装位置决定。
油位检查:
1、切断电源,防止触电。等待减速机冷却;
2、移去油位螺塞检查油是否充满;
3、安装油位螺塞。
油的检查:

冷却后油的粘度增大放油困难,减速机应在运行温度下换油。

2、在放油螺塞下面放一个接油盘;
3、打开油位螺塞、通气器和放油螺塞;
4、将油全部排除;
5、装上放油螺塞;
6、注入同牌号的新油;
7、油量应与安装位置一致;
8、在油位螺塞处检查油位;
9、拧紧油位螺塞及通气器。
故障处理
由于减速机运行环境恶劣,常会出现磨损、渗漏等故障,最主要的几种是:
1、减速机轴承室磨损,其中又包括壳体轴承箱、箱体内孔轴承室、变速箱轴承室的磨损;
2、减速机齿轮轴轴径磨损,主要磨损部位在轴头、键槽等;
3、减速机传动轴轴承位磨损;
4、减速机结合面渗漏。
针对磨损问题,传统解决办法是补焊或刷镀后机加工修复,但两者均存在一定弊端:补焊高温产生的热应力无法完全消除,易造成材质损伤,导致部件出现弯曲或断裂;而电刷镀受涂层厚度限制,容易剥落,且以上两种方法都是用金属修复金属,无法改变“硬对硬”的配合关系,在各力综合作用下,仍会造成再次磨损。对一些大的轴承企业更是无法现场解决,多要依赖外协修复。当代西方国家针对以上问题多使用高分子复合材料的修复方法,其具有超强的粘着力,优异的抗压强度等综合性能。应用高分子材料修复,可免拆卸免机加工既无补焊热应力影响,修复厚度也不受限制,同时产品所具有的金属材料不具备的退让性,可吸收设备的冲击震动,避免再次磨损的可能,并大大延长设备部件的使用寿命,为企业节省大量的停机时间,创造巨大的经济价值。
而针对渗漏问题,传统方法需要拆卸并打开减速机后,更换密封垫片或涂抹密封胶,不仅费时费力,而且难以确保密封效果,在运行中还会再次出现泄漏。高分子材料可现场治理渗漏,材料具备的优越的粘着力、耐油性及350%的拉伸度,克服减速机振动造成的影响,很好地为企业解决了减速机渗漏问题。
减速机漏油的原因分析
1、减速机内外产生压力差:减速机运转过程中,运动副摩擦发热以及受环境温度的影响,使减速机温度升高,如果没有透气孔或透气孔堵塞,则机内压力逐渐增加,机内温度越高,与外界的压力差越大,润滑油在压差作用下,从缝隙处漏出。
2、减速机结构设计不合理
1)检查孔盖板太薄,上紧螺栓后易产生变形,使结合面不平,从接触缝隙漏油;
2)减速机制造过程中,铸件未进行退火或时效处理,未消除内应力,必然发生变形,产生间隙,导致泄漏;
3)箱体上没有回油槽,润滑油积聚在轴封、端盖、结合面等处,在压差作用下,从间隙处向外漏;
4)轴封结构设计不合理。早期的减速机多采用油沟、毡圈式轴封结构,组装时使毛毡受压缩产生变形,而将结合面缝隙密封起来。如果轴颈与密封件接触不十分理想,由于毛毡的补偿性能极差,密封在短时间内即失效。油沟上虽有回油孔,但极易堵塞,回油作用难以发挥。
3、加油量过多:减速机在运转过程中,油池被搅动得很厉害,润滑油在机内到处飞溅,如果加油量过多,使大量润滑油积聚在轴封、结合面等处,导致泄漏。
4、检修工艺不当:在设备检修时,由于结合面上污物清除不彻底,或密封胶选用不当、密封件方向装反、不及时更换密封件等也会引起漏油。
治理减速机漏油的对策
1、改进透气帽和检查孔盖板:减速机内压大于外界大气压是漏油的主要原因之一,如果设法使机内、机外压力均衡,漏油就可以防止。减速机虽都有透气帽,但透气孔太小,容易被煤粉、油污堵塞,而且每次加油都要打开检查孔盖板,打开一次就增加一次漏油的可能性,使原本不漏的地方也发生泄漏。为此,制作了一种油杯式透气帽,并将原来薄的检查孔盖板改为6 mm厚,将油杯式透气帽焊在盖板上,透气孔直径为6 mm,便于通气,实现了均压,而且加油时从油杯中加油,不用打开检查孔盖板,减少了漏油机会。
2、 畅流:要使被齿轮甩在轴承上多余的润滑油不在轴封处积聚,必须使多余的润滑油沿一定方向流回油池,即做到畅流。具体的做法是在轴承座的下瓦中心开一个向机内倾斜的回油槽,同时在端盖直口处也开一缺口,缺口正对回油槽,这样多余的润滑油经缺口、回油槽流回油池。
3、改进轴封结构
1)输出轴为半轴的减速机轴封改进:带式输送机、螺旋卸车机、叶轮给煤机等大多数设备的减速机输出轴为半轴,改造较方便。将减速机解体,拆下联轴器,取出减速机轴封端盖,按照配套的骨架油封尺寸,在原端盖外侧车加工槽,装上骨架油封,带弹簧的一侧向里。回装时,如果端盖距联轴器内侧端面35 mm以上,则可在端盖外侧的轴上装一个备用油封,一旦油封失效,即可取出损坏的油封,将备用油封推入端盖,从而省去了解体减速机、拆连轴器等费时费力的工序。
2)输出轴为整轴的减速机轴封改进:整轴传动的减速机输出轴无联轴器,如果按照2.3.1方案改造,工作量太大也不现实。为减少工作量、简化安装程序,设计了一种可剖分式端盖,并对开口式油封进行了尝试。可剖分式端盖外侧车加工槽,装油封时先将弹簧取出,将油封锯断呈开口状,从开口处将油封套在轴上,用粘接剂将开口对接,开口向上,再装上弹簧,推入端盖即可。
4、采用新型密封材料:对于减速机静密封点泄漏可采用新型高分子修复材料粘堵。如果减速机运转中静密封点漏油,可用表面工程技术的油面紧急修补剂粘-高分子25551和90T复合修复材料来堵,从而达到消除漏油的目的。
5、认真执行检修工艺:在减速机检修时,要认真执行工艺规程,油封不可装反,唇口不要损伤,外缘不要变形,弹簧不可脱落,结合面要清理干净,密封胶涂抹均匀,加油量不可超过油标尺刻度。
6、擦拭:减速机静密封点通过治理,一般是可以达到不渗不漏的,但动密封点由于密封件老化、质量差、装配不当、轴表面粗糙度高等原因,使得个别动密封点仍有微小渗漏,由于工作环境差,煤尘粘到轴上,显得油乎乎一片,所以需要在设备停止运转后,擦拭轴上的油污。
噪音处理
减速机的噪音产生主要是源于传动齿轮的摩擦、振动以及碰撞,如何有效降低及减少噪声,使其更符合环保要求也是国内外一个重点研究课题。降低减速机运行时的齿轮传动噪声已成为行业内的重要研究课题,国内外不少学者都把齿轮传动中轮齿啮合刚度的变化看成是齿轮动载、振动和噪声的主要因素。用修形的方法,使其动载荷及速度波动减至最小,以达到降低噪声的目的。这种方法在实践中证明是一种较有效的方法。但是用这种方法,工艺上需要有修形设备,广大中、小厂往往无法实施。
经过多年研究,提出了通过优化齿轮参数,如变位系数、齿高系数、压力角、中心距,使啮入冲击速度降至最小,啮出冲击速度与啮入冲击速度的比值处于某一数值范围,减小或避免啮合节圆冲击的齿轮设计方法,也可明显降低减速机齿轮噪声。对于减速机的噪音问题,也可以迈特雷超级密封剂或润滑剂,它是一种极好的齿轮箱添加剂,可以在部件上形成一种惰性材料薄膜,从而降低摩擦、齿轮噪音以及泄露。
安装方法
在减速机家族中,行星减速机以其体积小,减速范围广,精度高等诸多有点,而被应用于伺服、步进、直流等传动系统中。其作用就是在保证精密传动下,主要被用来降低转速增大扭矩和降低负载/电机的转动惯量比。在过去几年里,有的用户在使用减速机时,由于违规安装等人为因素,而导致减速机的输出轴折断了,使企业蒙受了不必要的损失。因此,为了更好的帮助广大用户用好减速机,向你详细地介绍如何正确安装行星减速机。
正确的安装,使用减速机,是保证机械设备正常运行的重要环节。因此,在安装行星减速机时,请务必严格按照下面的安装使用相关事项,认真地装配和使用。
第一步
安装前确认电机和减速机是否完好无损,并且严格检查电机与减速机相连接的各部位尺寸是否匹配,这里是电机的定位凸台、输入轴与减速机凹槽等尺寸及配合公差。
第二步
旋下减速机法兰外侧防尘孔上的螺钉,调整PCS系统夹紧环使其侧孔与防尘孔对齐,插入内六角旋紧。之后,取走电机轴键。
第三步
将电机与减速机自然连接。连接时必须保证减速机输出轴与电机输入轴同心度一致,且二者外侧法兰平行。如同心度不一致,会导致电机轴折断或减速机齿轮磨损。 另外,在安装时,严禁用铁锤等击打,防止轴向力或径向力过大损坏轴承或齿轮。一定要将安装螺栓旋紧之后再旋紧紧力螺栓。安装前,将电机输入轴、定位凸台及减速机连接部位的防锈油用汽油或锌钠水擦拭净。其目的是保证连接的紧密性及运转的灵活性,并且防止不必要的磨损。
在电机与减速机连接前,应先将电机轴键槽与紧力螺栓垂直。为保证受力均匀,先将任意对角位置的安装螺栓旋上,但不要旋紧,再旋上另外两个对角位置的安装螺栓最后逐个旋紧四个安装螺栓。最后,旋紧紧力螺栓。所有紧力螺栓均需用力矩板手按标明的固定扭力矩数据进行固定和检查。减速机与机械设备间的正确安装类同减速机与驱动电机间的正确安装。关键是要必须保证减速机输出轴与所驱动部分轴同心度一致。
1、减速机与工作机的联接:减速机直接套装在工作机主轴上,当减速机运转时,作用在减速机箱体上的反力矩,又安装在减速机箱体上的反力矩支架或由其他方法来平衡。机直接相配,另一端与固定支架联接;
2、反力矩支架的安装:反力矩支架应安装在减速机朝向的工作机的那一侧,以减小附加在工作机轴上的弯矩。 反力矩支架与固定支承联接端的轴套使用橡胶等弹性体,以防止发生挠曲并吸收所产生的转矩波动;
3、减速机与工作机的安装关系:为了避免工作机主轴挠曲及在减速机轴承上产生附加力,减速机与工作机之间的距离,在不影响正常的工作的条件下应尽量小,其值为5-10mm。
正确的安装,使用和维护减速机,是保证机械设备正常运行的重要环节。
1、安装减速机时,应重视传动中心轴线对中,其误差不得大于所用联轴器的使用补偿量。对中良好能延长使用寿命,并获得理想的传动效率;
2、在输出轴上安装传动件时,不允许用锤子敲击,通常利用装配夹具和轴端的内螺纹,用螺栓将传动件压入,否则有可能造成减速机内部零件的损坏。最好不采用钢性固定式联轴器,因该类联轴器安装不当,会引起不必要的外加载荷,以致造成轴承的早期损坏,严重时甚至造成输出轴的断裂;
3、减速机应牢固地安装在稳定水平的基础或底座上,排油槽的油应能排除,且冷却空气循环流畅。基础不可靠,运转时会引起振动及噪声,并促使轴承及齿轮受损。当传动联接件有突出物或采用齿轮、链轮传动时,应考虑加装防护装置,输出轴上承受较大的径向载荷时,应选用加强型;
4、按规定的安装装置保证工作人员能方便地靠近油标,通气塞、排油塞。安装就位后,应按次序全面检查安装位置的准确性,各紧固件压紧的可靠性,安装后应能灵活转动。减速机采用油池飞溅润滑,在运行前用户需将通气孔的螺塞取下,换上通气塞。按不同的安装位置,并打开油位塞螺钉检查油位线的高度,从油位塞处加油至润滑油从油位塞螺孔溢出为止,拧上油位塞确定无误后,方可进行空载试运转,时间不得少于2小时。运转应平稳,无冲击、振动、杂音及渗漏油现象,发现异常应及时排除。
经过一定时期应再检查油位,以防止机壳可能造成的泄漏,如环境温度过高或过低时,可改变润滑油的牌号。
型号选择
尽量选用接近理想减速比:

扭力计算:对减速机的寿命而言,扭力计算非常重要,并且要注意加速度的最大转矩值(TP),是否超过减速机之最大负载扭力。
适用功率通常为市面上的伺服机种的适用功率,减速机的适用性很高,工作系数都能维持在1.2以上,但在选用上也可以以自己的需要来决定:
要点有二:
1、选用伺服电机的出力轴径不能大于表格上最大使用轴径;
2、若经扭力计算工作,转速可以满足平常运转,但在伺服全额输出时,有不足现象时,可以在电机侧之驱动器,做限流控制,或在机械轴上做扭力保护,这是很必要的。
通用减速机的选型包括提出原始条件、选择类型、确定规格等步骤。
相比之下,类型选择比较简单,而准确提供减速器的工况条件,掌握减速器的设计、制造和使用特点是通用减速器正确合理选择规格的关键。
规格选择要满足强度、热平衡、轴伸部位承受径向载荷等条件。
选择规格:
通用减速器和专用减速器设计选型方法的最大不同在于,前者适用于各个行业,但减速只能按一种特定的工况条件设计,故选用时用户需根据各自的要求考虑不同的修正系数,工厂应该按实际选用的电动机功率(不是减速器的额定功率);后者按用户的专用条件设计,该考虑的系数,设计时一般已作考虑,选用时只要满足使用功率小于等于减速器的额定功率即可,方法相对简单。
通用减速器的额定功率一般是按使用(工况)系数KA=1(电动机或汽轮机为原动机,工作机载荷平稳,每天工作3~10h,每小时启动次数≤5次,允许启动转矩为工作转矩的2倍),接触强度安全系数SH≈1、单对齿轮的失效概率≈1%,等条件计算确定的。
所选减速器的额定功率应满足

式中PC——计算功率(KW);
PN——减速器的额定功率( KW);
P2——工作机功率(KW);
KA——使用系数,考虑使用工况的影响;
KS——启动系数,考虑启动次数的影响;
KR——可靠度系数,考虑不同可靠度要求。
世界各国所用的使用系数基本相同。虽然许多样本上没有反映出KS\KR两个系数,但由于知己(对自身的工况要求清楚)、知彼(对减速器的性能特点清楚),国外选型时一般均留有较大的富裕量,相当于已考虑了KR\KS的影响。
由于使用场合不同、重要程度不同、损坏后对人身安全及生产造成的损失大小不同、维修难易不同,因而对减速器的可靠度的要求也不相同。系数KR就是实际需要的可靠度对原设计的可靠度进行修正。它符合ISO6336、GB3480和AGMA2001—B88(美国齿轮制造者协会标准)对齿轮强度计算方法的规定。国内一些用户对减速器的可靠度尚提不出具体量的要求,可按一般专用减速器的设计规定(SH≥1.25,失效概率≤1/1000),较重要场合取KR=1.25=1.56左右。
热平衡校核:
通用减速器的许用热功率值是在特定工况条件下(一般环境温度20℃,每小时100%,连续运转、功率利用率100%),按润滑油允许的最高平衡温度(一般为85℃)确定的。
条件不同时按相应系数(有时综合成一个系数)进行修正。
所选减速器应满足

KT——环境温度系数;
KW——运转周期系数;
KP——功率利用率系数;
Pt——减速器许用热功率(KW)。
校核轴的载荷:
通用减速器常常须对输入轴、输出轴轴伸中间部位允许承受的最大径向载荷给予限制,应予校核,超过时应向制造厂提出加粗轴径和加大轴承等要求。
润滑保养
在投入运转之前,在减速机中装入建议的型号和数值的润滑脂。减速机采用润滑油润滑。对于竖直安装的减速机,鉴于润滑油可能不能保证最上面的轴承的可靠润滑,因此采用另外的润滑措施。
在运行以前,在减速机中注入适量的润滑油。减速机通常装备有注油孔和放油塞。因而在订购减速机的时候必须指定安装位置。
工作油温不能超过80℃。
终生润滑的组合减速机在制造厂注满合成油,除此之外,减速机供货时通常是不带润滑油的,并带有注油塞和放油塞。本样本中列出的减速机润滑油数量只是估计值。根据订货时指定的安装位置设置油位塞的位置以保证正确注油,减速机注油量应该根据不同安装方式来确定。如果传输功率超过减速机的热容量,必须提供外置冷却装置。

二阶魔方的玩法分为三个步骤,分别是:1)还原底层角块;2)还原顶面颜色;3)调整顶层角块。

假设以白色为底,其他白色块只会有5个位置,这些位置要么是对称的,要么很容易变成前面的位置。如下图五种情况。
1、如上图中第一种情况的调整,只需要三步就可以完成了。如下图。
2、对于第二种情况,它和第一种情况是完全对称的,算法也是对称的。
针对这两种情况,可以看出:白色在右面第一下就转右面,白色在正面第一下就转正面。
3、白色在顶面的情况,如下图,只要用一次公式RU就会变成情况1,或用一次F'U'变成情况2,然后按情况1或2处理就好了。
要注意:如果底层其他几个角已经还原好了,如下图,这种处理方法就会破坏已经还原好的某个角,所以要提前恢复角这个角的位置,具体方法如下。
4、另外2种情况白色是在底层的,只要对着他们用一次算法1或算法2就可以得到情况1或2了。
白色向前就用算法2,先转正面,(F'U'F)U(F'U'F);白色向右就用算法1,先转右面,(R U R')U'(R U R')。
照上面说的,重复做4个角块,就可以做好底层了。
第二步:还原顶面颜色
这一步我们要还原4个角块顶面的颜色,而先不用管顶层侧面的颜色,把它们留到最后一步还原。
我们先观察一下顶层4个角块黄色面的位置,如果只有一个黄色块在顶面,会有两种情况,可以按下面的方法解决。
情况1

它是和情况1完全对称的,算法也是对称的,非常好记。
另外还有5种情况,不用记新的算法,按照下面的位置摆好,用上面的算法就可以解决;其中3种情况是顶面有2个黄色块,2种情况是顶面没有黄色块,下面是具体解决方法。
观察一下,可以发现除了情况6是先用公式2-2,其他几种情况都是先用公式2-1的,我们只要记住情况6的形态就好了,其它情况都先用一次公式2-1,再转转魔方的顶层就很容易得到情况1或情况2了。
第三步:还原顶层角块
这一步要将顶层4个侧面的颜色一次性复原,完成魔方的还原,只需要记一个新的算法。
先观察有没有2个相邻角块侧面颜色一样的情况,例如下面的情况1或情况2。

如果有类似于上图的情况,就把同色的角块旋转到正对着自己的位置,再用这个算法R B' R F2 R' B R F2 R2,就可以完成还原了。
注意:如果找不到这样同色的角块,那就对着魔方随便用一次上面的算法,用过之后就一定能找到了,然后再用一次这个算法即可还原。
至此,二阶魔方完成复原。
三阶魔方复原
简介
通常意义下的魔方,是指狭义的三阶魔方。常规竞速玩法是将魔方打乱,然后在最短的时间内复原。

三阶复原教程
三阶魔方复原总的思路为分层法,如下图。
1、复原第一层四个棱块(在底层架十字,以白色为底)
目的:使底层四个棱块的侧面与四个中心面的颜色一致(如下图1)。这一步简单灵活,不需要公式。但这里也提供了动图以供参考。
首先拿到一个棱块,如图,这是最基础的情况,只看白色,只要一步就能把它转到顶面。
当我们遇到的情况与这个情况不同的时候,就要想办法把未解决过的问题转化为已知问题。
时刻注意顶层完成的棱块别被破坏:
我们做十字不但要求白面有一个十字,其他面的跟白色相近的那个中心棱也要跟各面中心(各面中心颜色不变)颜色对齐。方法是:手拿魔方,白色十字架面朝下,旋转上面两层找对应各面中心颜色即可。
最终如下图这样子即可。
2、复原第一层四个角块
目的:要使四个底角的各面的颜色与相应中心面颜色对应一致(如图2)。可归为五种情况,如图3~图7。图3和图4为基本形态,图5用公式后会变成图3形态,图6用公式后会变成图5形态,图7用公式后会变成图4形态。
关键:手拿魔方,白底十字架在下面,只看图中白色位置,只要白色方块出现图中情况,按照公式旋转即可。
具体步骤示范:
完成十字后我们将整个魔方翻转,使十字朝下。 角块按位置分为顶层和底层两类情况。每类情况中又可按角块白色面朝向分为指向上/下和指向四周两种。最基础的情况是处于顶层白色面指向四周。剩下的三种均可转换成这种情况。
基础情况:顶层,白色指向四周。(图3、图4的情况)
在顶层白色朝右时,R U R'(图4情况,白色归位)
在顶层白色朝前时,L' U' L(图3情况,白色归位)
注意角块的朝向。将角块放在目标位置之上,循环RUR'U'直至被还原。
底层角块特殊情况
角块不是顶层且白色朝外的一律算作特殊情况,都要转化为基础情况。
在顶层白色朝上时,解决办法:R U2 R',即可转为基础情况
在底层白色朝外,解决办法:R U2 R',即可转为基础情况
3、复原第二层四个棱块
目的是使第二层的四个棱归位( 第二层含四个中心块,这四个中心块是固定的,只需复原棱块即可)。可归为两种基本情况,当要复原的棱块在中层,可以先用图8或图8公式把他们转到顶层后,再用下面公式转法即可。(切记:对着图8,手拿魔方,出现图8情况,即可用图8公式。出现图9情况,即可用图9公式。)
4、顶十字(以黄色为顶,完成顶层四个棱)
俯视魔方,只看中心块和四个棱,只要顶层黄色部分出现图中任一这个情况(切记:手拿魔方,顶层看过去的黄色方块方向要跟图片某一种情形一致),均可以使用公式FRUR'U'F'在图10~图13中转换,直到出现图14形态(四个棱和中心颜色都为黄色)。
具体示范如下:
条形(图12):转动顶层,让条形指向左右。再用FRUR'U'F',如下图。
折形(图11):朝上的棱块一个放在后边一个放在左边,做一遍条形公式就可以转换成条形。所以连做两遍条形公式即可。此过程会出现F和F'连做FRUR'U'F'(FRUR'U'F'),相互抵消,故消去废步后的公式为:F ( R U R' U' ) ( R U R' U' ) F'(若记不住直接记FRUR'U'F'操作两遍即可)
点形(图10):点形做上述公式即转化为另一种二棱情况。
5、完成顶面(以黄色为顶面)
俯视魔方,只看黄色方块,会出现下面8种状态之一。手中拿好魔方,顶层黄色出现下图各种位置时,只要黄色所在位置跟图中任一形式一样,使用公式RUR'URU2 R'在图14中转换,即可将顶层颜色全部变为黄色。(切记:手拿魔方时,俯视魔方,顶层黄色位置要跟图中一样,出现任何一种图中情况,用此公式即可。)
6、调整顶层4个角块位置,使其正确归位
方法一:
先调整角块位置:这一步要使四个角块的相对位置归位。观察顶层的侧面,看看是否有一个侧面是两个角块颜色都一样的(连在一起的相对位置正确的角块)。如果有,则将这两个角块放在右侧,做:R2 F2' R' B' R F2' R' B R'
如果四个面都没有,做一次上面的公式就有了。另外不要被棱块干扰,角块没做完先不管棱块。
再调整棱块位置:调整项层4个棱块的位置,使其位置正确。顶棱情况依错误的棱块的数量分为两类:三个和四个。不存在两个交换的情况。
三个棱块依次轮换,让完成的棱块朝后,观察剩余三个棱块是顺时针还是逆时针替换,如果前面颜色对应的棱块在右边,对应顺时针替换:R2 U R U R' U' R' U' R' U R',可完成复原。
前面颜色对应的棱块在左边,对应逆时针替换。可以使用公式:L2' U' L' U' L U L U L U' L,可完成复原。
四个棱块两两对换:如果前面步骤做完,到最后只是四个角棱块两两相对,跳过上面两个步骤,随机做一个三棱换即可转化为三棱换的情况。可用公式:M2' U M2' U2 M2' U M2',可完成复原。
方法二:个人喜欢的方法,手拿魔方,俯视魔方,观察顶层四个棱的位置,使用公式F2U' (LR')F2 (L'R)U'F2在图16中的五种形态之间进行转换,只要一个公式,整个魔方会被复原。(箭头表示不同颜色的方块互换位置,魔方拿法朝向没有要求,只要俯视图是下图即可,出现下列情行就用此公式,即可复原)
至此,三阶魔方复原完成。
四阶魔方复原
简介
四阶魔方被认为是2-5阶魔方玩法中最不好复原的,虽然五阶魔方的变化种类比4阶多,但是四阶魔方的中心块并不固定,也就不容易复原。要点就是要记住各个颜色的相对位置,只有将中心块的颜色按正确的位置还原才能复原整个魔方。
四阶魔方总共有8个角块,24个中心块和24个棱块。四阶魔方的国际配色是上白下黄、前绿后蓝、左橙右红。

四阶魔方的复原根本恢复思路:调整6面中心块→组合12条棱块→处理特殊情况→恢复四阶魔方
一般选择使用降阶法来恢复四阶魔方,即指将高阶魔方转换成三阶魔方的状态,然后依照三阶魔方的恢复办法进行恢复。
1、调整四阶魔方六面中心块
因为四阶魔方并没有固定的中心块,所以在进行这个步骤之前,必需要记住6面的色彩方位。下面就罗列出在拼中心块的过程呈现的8个状况。
2、合并12条棱块
拼好魔方的六面中心块后,接下来需要把24个棱块按照颜色相同的棱块两两合并来组合成12个棱块,这和三阶魔方状态是一样的了,最终效果如下第一张图所示。
3、当拼完6面中心块和12条棱块后,把这个四阶魔方当做成三阶魔方来还原,还原进程如下图。

4、调整四阶魔方的特殊情况
至此,再用三阶的玩法进行,直到完成四阶魔方的复原。
五阶魔方还原
简介
五阶魔方的还原方法和四阶魔方的还原一样,都是使用“降阶法”还原。也就是说,需要先把每一个面中心的3*3的正方形还原成各自中心块的颜色,再还原12条3*1的棱块,之后的还原方法就是三阶魔方的还原方法了。

1、还原底面中心块(以黄色中心块为例)
对于奇数阶魔方来说,还原中心块需要先还原中心的3*1的一道,如图。
然后再在中间面(除底面和顶面的四个面)上还原出3*1的一道,再移至底面,如图。
以此方法还原底面。
2、还原顶面中心块(白色)
顶面也就是与底面相对的那一面。同样要注意首先先还原中间3*1的一道。
然后再在中间面(除底面和顶面的四个面)上创造出顶面中心块的边缘3*1的一道,再移至顶面(注意不要打乱底面,可用图示方法)
3、还原中间面的中心块
中间面的还原需要一个面再接着相邻的一个面进行还原。首先还是先还原一个中心块的中间的3*1的一道。
然后在未还原的三个中间面还原出相应中心块面的边缘3*1的一道,再移至相应的中心块上,以此方式还原这个中心面。
然后进行还原此中心面的相邻中心面,首先还是先还原此中心面的中间3*1的一道,为避免其他面被打乱,可用图示方式。
然后再在剩下两个中心面上还原出相应中心块所需的边缘3*1的一道,移至相应中心面上,为防止已还原的中心块被打乱,可用图示方式。
为防止已还原的部分被破坏,可使用下列方式:U'F'中间层RU中间层R'
最后两个面的还原,首先先用以多还少的方式还原大部分(情况如之前提到所示),然后再用下列两个公式还原特殊情况。
4、还原顶面与底面的八大棱块
这一步与四阶相似,都是要先把3*1的棱块的三个小块找到,根据图示方法使三个小块放到图示的位置。
再移动中间层的面,使三个小块合成一个3*1的棱块,再将它放至底面或顶面的位置。
5、还原中间面的四大棱块
这一步使用的是四阶的公式,只是将公式稍微变形一下,具体情况如图。然后,最后会遇上特殊情况,解决方法如图。
6、至此,可将降阶的五阶魔方看做三阶魔方进行还原。
高阶复原要点
“降阶法”是还原高阶魔方的通用方法。“降阶”步骤及各步骤中的转法思路,均可应用于所有高阶魔方还原中。
高阶魔方,可以分为奇数阶与偶数阶。偶数阶魔方,与四阶魔方类似,因“中心块”相对位置不固定,所以在“还原中心块”时需要注意相对位置,且降阶后可能需要“特殊情况校正”这一步骤,将降阶后的“三阶魔方”修正为“标准情况”;奇数阶魔方,因“中心块”相对位置是固定的,所以“复原中心块”时较易,且完成降阶后的“三阶魔方”即为“标准情况”,不需校正。
总之,只要掌握降阶法的原理,所有高阶魔方均可迎刃而解。
异形魔方复原
异形魔方相对原始魔方的变化较大,但是原理基本上相同,一般都可以看成二阶或三阶的魔方,当然有些异形魔方还是比较难还原的。常见的异形魔方有六色五魔方、钻石魔方及金字塔魔方等,一起来看一下金字塔魔方复原教程吧。
